Unicorn Blue Spirulina smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple or strawberries (I prefer strawberries)
- 2 tsp blue spirulina (Blue Majik)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp organic Vanilla bean powder or extract
- pinch of Himalayan salt or sea salt
For Topping:
- 1 handful blackberries
- ½ kiwi, sliced
- 2 tbsp granola
- ½ pomegranate
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Sweet Tooth Satisfaction Coconut Acai smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 100g pack frozen unsweetened acai berry blend or 1 -2 tbsp of acai powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- ½ tsp of organic cinnamon
- 1 tsp of maple syrup (or honey - non vegan version), optional
For topping:
- 1 handful fresh berries (I used blackberries and strawberries)
- 1 handful goji berries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut shredded
- 1 handful walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
- In a high-powered blender, combine the acai berry pack, frozen banana, and ¼ cup coconut or almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup (or honey) Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with berries, sliced banana, goji berries, shredded coconut and chopped walnuts.
Salted Caramel Banana Chocolate smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp organic Maca powder
- 4 – 5 Medjool dates (I like to soak them in hot water for about 5 minutes)
- 1 tsp organic Vanilla bean powder or extract
- 1 tsp organic cinnamon
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- ½ cup ice
For topping:
- 1 tbsp granola
- 2 tbsp coconut shredded
- white gluten free chocolate
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Rainbow Berry Crunch smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- ½ cup organic spinach or kale
- ¼ cup pitted cherries fresh or frozen
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 ½ cups frozen berries (I used blueberry, blackberry, raspberry strawberry mix)
- juice from ½ lemon
- ½ cups water or coconut water
- pinch of turmeric
For topping:
- ½ mango, sliced
- coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add coconut yogurt to a plastic bag. Snip off the corner and make circles starting at the center and moving out like a bullseye.
- Pull toothpick through yogurt starting at center and pulling out towards edges of the bowl.
- Serve!
Dragon Fruit smoothie bowl (Pitaya Bowl)
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango, chopped
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya), chopped
- ¼ cup coconut milk canned, full fat
For topping:
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- ⅓ banana sliced
- 1 tsp nut butter or chopped nuts of choice
- 2 tbsp granola
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Deliciously Healthy Fluorescent Green smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale or spinach
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- ½ - 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1 cup water
For topping:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- pinch of organic cinnamon
Instruction:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Tasty Delicious Blueberry Banana smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
For topping:
- ½ banana
- coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until very smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Add coconut yogurt to a plastic bag. Snip off the corner and make circles starting at the center and moving out like a bullseye.
- Pull toothpick through yogurt starting at center and pulling out towards edges of the bowl. Add sliced banana
- Serve!
Coconut Extremely Chocolate Hazelnut Hemp smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 banana frozen
- 2 tbsp raw cacao or carob powder
- ¾ unsweetened almond or coconut milk or coconut water
- 2 tsp coconut shredded
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter or 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
- 2-3 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For topping:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful blueberries
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 handful peanuts
- 1 handful goji berries
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Chocolate Acai Berry Heaven smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 100g pack frozen unsweetened acai berry blend or 1 -2 tbsp of acai powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbs organic cacao powder
- ½ cup coconut water or unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ tsp organic cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar
For topping:
- ½ mango, sliced
- 1 handful blueberries
- ½ grapefruit
- 1 handful raspberries
- coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add coconut yogurt to a plastic bag. Snip off the corner and make circles starting at the center and moving out like a bullseye.
- Pull toothpick through yogurt starting at center and pulling out towards edges of the bowl.

Power Green Detox smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful kale
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut milk or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon flax meal or ground flaxseeds
For topping:
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 handful almonds, sliced
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- Using a blender, blend the smoothie ingredients on high until smooth.
- Add coconut yogurt to a plastic bag. Snip off the corner and make circles starting at the center and moving out like a bullseye.
- Pull toothpick through yogurt starting at center and pulling out towards edges of the bowl.
- Pour into a bowl and top with mango and almonds. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Serve!
Peachy Orange Summer Taste smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 ½ cups frozen peaches
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
For topping:
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- ½ banana, sliced
- ½ handful nuts of choice, chopped
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Tasty Nutritious Almond Butter and Raspberry smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 ½ cups raspberries
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup or raw honey (non vegan version)
- ½ tsp organic cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
For topping:
- 2-3 strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut shredded
Instructions:
- Blend together all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
