Change Your Programming
The way you speak to yourself truly matters even if you’re trying to convince yourself otherwise. Because, first of all, you are listening to your inner dialogue. Second, you probably believe everything you tell yourself, especially the negative stuff you’ve been telling yourself for most of your life. And finally, you create your own reality, every second of it, through your thoughts. Because you think in terms of how you feel and you act based on your current mental state.
That’s why you should be careful what you think about. And if the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, you need to change that self-sabotaging pattern, otherwise, nothing will change.
You have the power, potential, and ability to create your ideal life but you just need to realize that. Your thoughts are incredibly powerful so use them to create the life you want, not to reaffirm the reality you don’t want to live anymore.
Stop wasting your time, energy, and focus to feed negative thinking patterns, self-limiting beliefs, bulls*it thoughts, and worst-case scenarios, instead start training your brain to think positive.
Investigate your mind, monitor your thoughts, understand your thought process and start controlling your thoughts. Practice positive self-talk, stop feeding your self-limiting beliefs, and get in the right frame of mind – the one that will help you to transform your life and become the person you’ve always wanted to be. You need to make that work. No one will do that for you.
Treat Yourself In The Best Way Possible
Let’s talk about only one person you spend your whole life with, and that is yourself. If you’re not treating yourself the best way possible you’re missing the opportunity to enjoy the best (possible) relationship in your life.
Because whatever you’re current narrative is and what you think about yourself you are capable of achieving your goals and create the life you truly want life. But you will not achieve any of these things if you continue to be your worst critic.
Only by becoming a friend to yourself and treating yourself the best way possible (as someone you truly love), you’re able to unlock your true potential, unleash your creative genius and tap into your true authenticity – these three things are the main components of your (future) success.
So instead of beating yourself up for every single (tiny) mistake, focus on building a strong relationship with yourself. Become your favorite person and the best version of yourself NOW, not tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow but NOW. If you want to achieve your goals you need to show up for yourself. Do some stretching exercises for better flexibility and become your biggest cheerleader!
Choose Your Reality In Every Moment
Every day is a gift. Every day you can become a new, improved you. Every day you have an opportunity to change everything, to overcome unhelpful thinking patterns, and to transform your entire life. You have the power to change your life, every aspect of it. You can always choose the best possible version of the NOW you currently live in. Time is not real.
You truly control the narrative on every single level even if you’re not aware of that. So if you’re stuck in negative thinking patterns constantly trying to convince yourself that you’re not good enough, smart enough, intelligent enough, strong enough, or talented enough it means that you’re not aware of the power you’re not using your power of creation.
You choose the life you want to live, you select the version of yourself you want to be, you decide what type of energy you want to radiate, you attract your tribe, you know what’s best for you and what doesn’t serve you. You choose your life in every single moment. SELECT the version of yourself and the reality you want to live and act accordingly
Stay Focused On Your Priorities
You become what you focus on. The things, people, situations, (unkind) words, (irrelevant) opinions of others, (anxiety-provoking) newspaper headlines, Tv news, social media content, someone else’s drama, or even some random comment from some random person you probably won’t meet again can become your reality if you let it.
You become what you focus on because what you pay attention to affects your later thoughts, your later feelings, and your later behaviors. So if you don’t want negative information, toxic people, other people’s drama, self-limiting beliefs, bulls*it thoughts become your reality you should control your focus. Don’t waste your time, energy, and attention on things or people that do not bring value to your life. Instead redirect your focus on yourself, on your top priorities, and on what’s the most valuable in YOUR life.
Life is NOW, not yesterday, not tomorrow. Live happens to you NOW and it’s your responsibility, right, or privilege (call it as you want) to make the most of your current situation and make every second of your life count! Don’t miss that opportunity.

Interact With Your Now, Now
Which psychological time zone do you live in currently – the past, present, or future? Are you still grieving your past self and past pre-pandemic life? Or maybe you’re afraid of what will happen next?
I’m not going to lie, staying in these two psychological time zones seems to be very tempting. I’m not arguing that. But at the same time, living in the present moment, in the here and now seems to be the best option available. Especially if you consider that so-called NOW it’s the only moment that truly exists. We live in the eternal now. Everything else is your past history or your vision of the future.
To simplify this, I’ll put it this way. There is no past and no future. All we have is NOW.
And best of all, we have the power to create our present reality with our thoughts, words, and actions yet we constantly analyze past events or project hypothetical future situations. This is the most profound waste of life, time, potential, and spirit known to people. So maybe it’s time to choose the only proper psychological time zone to live in?
It’s time to return to the present moment and interact with your NOW – the only moment that truly exists.
Level Up Your Mindset
Oftentimes we get a genius idea of our new project, we’re excited about it, we’re ready to take up the challenge, we feel pretty confident about the results and then something (unexpected) happens that completely blocks our progress. That “something” is called: „self-limiting beliefs”.
This term includes self-sabotaging thoughts, fear of failure, fear of success, low self-esteem, bullsh*t excuses, obsession with any type of lack, the worst-case scenario thinking, and of course my favorite opinions of others that we should not give a fuck about but for some reason we still do.
If you want to stop self-sabotaging your success you need to start prioritizing your own environment inside your mind so that you can focus on your goals and blur (almost) everything else that doesn’t serve you. Do not let self-limiting beliefs occupy your mental space and do not let their friends come over.
When you find yourself thinking about what can go wrong and why you’re not good enough to achieve your dreams just stop for a second, take a deep breath, and change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive. Don’t even try to find the evidence to prove your self-sabotaging thoughts, go straight to positive affirmations. Don’t limit yourself. It is enough that other people try to limit you every step of the way. Control your mindset, it’s your most powerful weapon.
Act As IF It Already Happened
Mastering the art of imaging the worst-case scenario is something that most of us are doing on a regular basis. Because you need to be prepared for the worst, right? Well, not really. Actually, the worst thing that can happen rarely does, so why should we waste our time, focus, and energy on catastrophic thinking?
Why is it so hard to imagine a best-case scenario instead of obsessing about everything that can (but most likely will not) go wrong? It’s completely insane. If you’re preparing yourself for the worst of the worst what’s the point of even trying to achieve a goal? Well, there’s none. Because you’re basically setting yourself up for failure.
That’s why when I start a new project or set a new goal for myself, even a small one I deliberately choose to switch from What if to Act As if. Because I truly believe that if you want something, you must act as if you already have it in order to get it. Actually, it is exactly how it works. Sometimes the effect can precede the cause (at least in the quantum realm). But again, you got to take that possibility into account. Start believing “impossible” things and they will appear in your life.
Happiness Is An Inside Job
Have you ever heard the expression “happiness is an inside job”? Well, that one is true. Because real happiness comes from within and it’s self-created. What comes from the outside world and it’s dependent on external factors it’s not happiness but pleasure.
While there’s nothing wrong with enjoying the things that bring you a real feeling of pleasure and joy you need to remember that pleasure it’s a temporary feeling. Whereas happiness is a state of mind and as such is not limited by time and space. Nor it’s dependent upon external circumstances.
Since happiness is a mentality not a result of a particular situation or event, you should stop looking for happiness outside and focus on creating that f*cking awesome state within you.
Now, I’m expecting questions such as:
- What if I’m sick?
- What if I’m feeling alone?
- What if I hate my job?
- What if I don’t make enough money?
- What If I don’t like the place where I live and I cannot move out right now?
So what?! Life doesn’t have to be perfect to really live, to feel insanely happy, to radiate positive energy, to connect with others, to smile, to be authentic, to feel f*cking awesome. Actually, life is never perfect because it’s not the nature of life. Besides, even if you cannot change external situations and circumstances, you can always change how you look at them and how you respond to them.
You are fully capable of creating your own happiness. So stop limiting yourself. Get rid of negativity, stop giving a f*ck about things that don’t matter and people that don’t add value to your life. Instead focus on yourself, your top priorities, and your goals. You’ve got this!
Organize Your (Personal) Space
“Nature abhors a vacuum” – This postulate attributed to Aristotle “expresses the idea that unfilled spaces go against the laws of nature and physics and that every space needs to be filled with something.” In other words, if there’s an empty space in the Universe, it will be filled with something in a very short time.
Meaning if you don’t have a strong vision of what to do with an empty space, your time, your life, the Universe, or other people with absolute certainty will make a decision for you. And the end result may turn out to be the opposite of our intentions. Let’s prevent that from happening.
Instead of letting others organize your entire life, do it yourself. Organize your personal space, organize thoughts in your head, create an epic to-do list, set the right goals, replace bad habits with successful habits and start living in alignment with who you really are. Stop waiting for things to happen to you, instead take charge of your life and get everything you want in life. You deserve to live an epic life! The only limitations in your life are the ones you put on yourself.
Take Full Responsibility For Your Life
Once you’re officially an ‘adult’, you are the only one responsible for your life. So whether you still live with your parents who pay the bills, or you are completely on your own YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIFE. This means, that if you want to change your reality, uplevel your life, and be a better version of yourself, you need to do it yourself. No one will do it for you. No one will increase your life satisfaction for you. No one will build a prosperous business for you. No one will get a degree for you. No one will live your life for you. (that’s actually a good thing).
You have the power to achieve your goals, reach your dreams, and build an awesome life you’ve always wanted but first, you need to take responsibility for yourself and your present experience. Your future is in your hands. So don’t wait for others to change your life for you. Your life is YOUR responsibility. And remember “It is only when you take responsibility for your life that you discover how powerful you truly are”.
